Sales Manager- Seeds (Location: Lucknow(UP)) We are looking for a SEEDS Sales Manager with outgoing personality, good people skills and desire to work in rural sales. You will need to travel to small towns and villages for dealer development, customer support etc. The candidate must to be experienced in SEED sales, familiar with agriculture, rural economy, hard-working and willing to travel. Requirements include: 1. Must be an expert in Seeds business, seeds distribution network, business cycle and preferences. You must know markets of hybrids and high yielding varieties of Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds, Fruits and Vegetables. 2. Must be knowledgeable about applicable regulations for seed sales, labeling and packaging etc. 3. Develop and execute a data driven sales plan for your territory. 4. Develop a strong dealer network, channels and visit dealers regularly to build a strong relationship and grow revenues. 5. Analyzing competition product portfolio, quality, pricing v/s KisanKraft products. 6. Understand crop seasons and farmer requirements; devise strategy by interacting with farmers, dealers and agri-officers. 7. Align your sales plans with agronomy data for your zone, understanding hydrology and region-specific requirements, with the help of KisanKraft’s Seeds team. 8. Ensure empanelment and approvals by various governmental agencies, and participate in tenders. 9. Launching new seeds, extensive field demonstrations of new cultivars, exhibition participation, farmer education and other promotional activity. 10. Define sales target, track performance, and tune strategy to driving sales numbers & profitability. 11. Daily progress report on your territory to your supervisory manager. 12. Track performance of marketing campaigns, market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and report key issues to management. 13. Learn from colleagues, dealers and farmers, and share your knowledge with others. 14. Actively provide market inputs to research teams and aide in developing novel cultivars. 15. Adapt to changing requirement of job and business goals of the Company. 16. Build your team! Recruit, train and prune as necessary. Travel: Extensive travel is required for this position. Maintenance Manager ( At: Podalakur, Nellore, AP) You are expected to actively manage the maintenance team at our factory in Podalakur Mandal, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. You must work with multiple departments in the Company and develop systems, procedures, plans, and activities to support organizational goals. You will be a key part of the factory’s engineering team. You must be self-driven, timely finish tasks with high accuracy, and take initiative for new tasks. The following are some of the requirements and responsibilities. It changes from time to time. You must be flexible to take care of the needs of the Company. License Requirement: You must have license for handling 33 KV line within Andhra Pradesh. Required experience : Between 5-10 years in factory maintenance , in a manufacturing company. We prefer experience in farm-machinery or automotive (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) or engines or transmission gearbox segments. You should have good skills in people management, customer-interface, written and verbal communication, trouble shooting and creative thinking etc. Education: Diploma or B.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering. Knowledge Requirement: 1. You must be comfortable in English (read, write, speak). You should be able to understand documents and work with government agencies. a. You should be able to read, interpret, apply, the electrical, hydraulic, and engineering drawings for various parts, sub-assemblies, components, machines etc. a) You must have hands-on experience inn handling electrical, hydraulic and mechanical maintenance. b) You will be responsible for record keeping at the factory for maintenance and to comply with various certifications. c) You must know how to keep version control of drawings, and record of old and new versions, with changes documented for compliance and tracking. d) Communicate with our teams across India, and our principals abroad. 2.
