Key Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement a BSC framework that aligns with the overall organizational strategy and objectives. BSC Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement the BSC, including defining strategic objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targets across all four perspectives (financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth). Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establish systems for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on BSC data to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. Strategic Initiatives: Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and projects that will drive the achievement of BSC objectives. Performance Management Processes: Integrate the BSC framework with existing performance management processes, ensuring a holistic approach to performance management. Training and Communication: Educate and train stakeholders on the BSC framework and its application, fostering a culture of performance management. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and revise the BSC framework to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness in driving organizational performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of the BSC framework across the organization. Required Knowledge: Balanced Scorecard Framework: Deep understanding of the four perspectives of the BSC (financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth) and how they interrelate. Strategic Planning: Ability to translate organizational strategy into a set of measurable objectives and KPIs. Performance Management Methodologies: Familiarity with various performance management techniques and best practices. Data Analysis and Reporting: Skills in analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and generating reports. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences and build relationships with stakeholders. Change Management: Experience in managing organizational change and driving adoption of new processes.
