Record and track incoming/outgoing stock using inventory software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP). Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Generate and analyze inventory reports. Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and tagging of goods. Prevent stock damage, pilferage, and expiry losses. Supervise store staff (if any) and ensure smooth stock operations.
