Collect patient feedback/reviews and share with management. Keep front desk area organized and assist in basic admin tasks. Preferred candidate profile Graduate (any discipline); Diploma in Hospital Administration/Healthcare preferred. 0 to 3 years of experience in hospital/clinic front desk or customer service. Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi. Polite, empathetic, and patient-centric attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing/registration software). Ability to multitask and handle patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to NABH, AERB, and internal protocols.
