Job Requirements: Strong command over MS Excel (must). Good knowledge of Computer operations and English communication (spoken & written). Familiarity with ERP or similar systems. Knowledge of E-commerce business is an added advantage. Audit Expertise – Ability to conduct internal audits for purchase and inventory processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Strong command over MS Excel (must). Key Skills: Excellent understanding of Inventory Control Process . Knowledge of FIFO & LIFO procedures . Ability to manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors & suppliers . Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost savings. Ability to prepare and process purchase orders and relevant documents. Follow-up on delivery schedules, payment delays, and invoice discrepancies. Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding supplier payments. Knowledge of Internet Marketing & SEO is preferable. Ability to identify, suggest, and implement new procedures & processes for efficiency. Good judgment and decision-making skills . Experience in managing external suppliers effectively. Strong oral & written communication skills . Audit knowledge for ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock control . Handle purchasing activities , from requisition to delivery. Verify and negotiate supplier pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness. Communicate with vendors regarding orders, shipments, and payment terms. Monitor and manage supplier performance . Conduct internal audits of purchase and inventory processes for compliance and accuracy. Prepare audit reports and suggest corrective actions. Coordinate with internal teams for timely availability of materials. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
