We booked flat in 2021 in kiran sufal and when time came for agreement builder told that landowner is not selling his flat so you buy other available flat at higher price. They wasted our 2 year and now cost has gone up compare to year 2021. Don't believe on there words while booking. It's clear cheating

Not really satisfied, Full payment done and now not giving possession. Work is very slow. Everyone paying the huge interest and they are doing very slow work. If you are ok for 6 month late possession than what they committed then you can go ahead, otherwise avoid.
