Our Sister concern KC Aluformwork is an aluminum formwork solution provider which is crucial to a successful construction project. We have 2 Positions Open for Senior Accountant in Kiran Creators and Developers and Its Sister Concern KC Aluformwork. Prerequisites are as follows – Managing, Analyzing, and Reporting Financial Data for a company to ensure Accuracy, Legal Compliance, and Financial Health. Main focus on maintaining financial records, preparing statements and tax returns, managing budgets and cash flow, conducting audits, and providing financial advice to management. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES · Financial Record-Keeping: Accurately recording all financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining the general ledger. Good knowledge of Tally and ERP, following Recoveries. Bank reconciliation on regular basis, Petty Cash Account and control Salary Accounts with appropriate legal deductions. Contractors' payment with TDS return. Bill passing, voucher passing, proper documents filing · Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and forecasts to management and stakeholders. · Tax Compliance: Computing Government, Semi Government taxes owed, preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring adherence to all tax laws and regulations. Issue Form 16 of IT. Annual payments of licences, taxes and returns, record GST ITC, CGST, IGST, GST returns, debit notes, credit notes, sales return etc. · Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and monitoring budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and managing cash flow to ensure financial stability. · Auditing and Analysis: Conducting internal and external audits, examining financial records for discrepancies, and analyzing financial data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Report all non-conformances. Inventory management, stock taking, valuation, asset record and depreciation. · Knowledge of Corporate affairs · Financial Advisory: Providing strategic financial advice to management on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and other fiscal matters. · System Management: Developing and implementing accounting systems and processes and ensuring they are up-to-date and efficient. · Compliance: Ensuring all financial activities comply with company policies, accounting principles and relevant government regulations. Qualification B.com & inter I C W A OR with additional Degree /Diploma WITH 5 to 6 years of experience Key Skills · Attention to detail, accuracy and Time Management. · Result oriented system development in Accounts Department. · Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet · Project wise costing · Import procedure and related IGST ITC · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Proficiency with accounting software and databases · SOP for tax laws · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Good professional knowledge and stay updated on Financial Affairs. · Get along with the existing staff and leadership qualities. · Ready to accept challenges while performing Day to Day Activities.
