Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for an Account Relationship Manager. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, providing support and guidance, conducting regular check-ins, addressing client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
