We are seeking a skilled BMC TrueSight Level 2 (L2) Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of BMC TrueSight infrastructure. They will work closely with the Level 1 support team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance of TrueSight solutions. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support for BMC TrueSight infrastructure, including but not limited to event management, performance management, and capacity optimization modules. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to TrueSight components, such as BMC Impact Manager, BMC Capacity Optimization, and BMC Event Adapters. Collaborate with Level 1 support team to escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring SLA compliance. Participate in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of TrueSight infrastructure components. Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of TrueSight environment to ensure optimal functionality and resource utilization. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and standard operating procedures for TrueSight solutions. Assist in testing and validation of TrueSight upgrades, patches, and new releases in development and staging environments prior to production deployment.
