Key Responsibilities: 🧾 Daily Accounting Operations Record daily sales transactions (cash, card, UPI, credit) in accounting software (Tally or equivalent). Monitor and maintain Petty Cash with proper vouchers and approval. Check bills, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy and proper authorization. Maintain day book, cash book, and bank book on a daily basis. 🧺 Stock & Inventory Coordination Coordinate with the stock manager or purchase team to record inward and outward stock entries. Reconcile physical stock with accounting records periodically. Assist in monthly/quarterly stock audits. 📦 Vendor & Purchase Management Maintain records of supplier invoices, payments, and outstanding dues.
