Organization Description King’s College India is the Indian campus of King’s College, Taunton, UK (est.1880). The school offers co-educational day, weekly, and full boarding for students aged 3 to 18 years. Located on a 21-acre purpose-built campus in Rohtak, it is just 90 minutes from New Delhi airport. The curriculum is based on the internationally acclaimed Cambridge curriculum. Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Counsellor to join our team, with a specific focus on growing our boarding school admissions . This role is pivotal in connecting with families across India and beyond, showcasing the unique benefits of a King's College India boarding experience, and guiding them through the journey to becoming part of our community. This is a full-time on-site role based in Rohtak. Responsibilties Drive boarding admissions to achieve and exceed annual enrollment targets. Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to generate qualified leads. Conduct meetings and presentations for prospective parents across key cities. Provide expert counselling to families on the benefits of our boarding programme. Manage the entire lead lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment. Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Strong Customer Service attitude and Counselling skills Experience or knowledge in the Education K-12 sector Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field
