The ideal candidate should have prior law firm experience and proven expertise in contract drafting, transaction advisory, and client management. The role involves leading workstreams within transactions and contributing to strategic legal advice for clients across sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage transactional documentation for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and transaction documents (SPA, SHA, JV Agreements, etc.). Conduct and oversee legal due diligence and risk assessment for M&A deals. Provide corporate advisory on regulatory compliance, structuring, and corporate governance matters. Independently handle client communications, deliverables, and timelines. Liaise with regulators, external counsels, and other stakeholders as needed for deal execution. Requirements: LL.B. degree from a reputed law school.
