Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be primarily responsible for owning the entire recruitment process for restaurant staff, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Daily tasks include sourcing good candidates for our restaurants (Waiters, Restaurant Managers, other staff members), coordinating staff training and development, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Experience in recruitment for restaurant staff, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing payroll and benefits Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Minimum 3 years experience within relevant fields

The Administrative Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, manage office supplies and resources, coordinate with executive office, operations, HR and commercial departments to ensure smooth workflow, handle scheduling and communication tasks, and supervise administrative staff. The role also involves budget management, implementing office policies, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.
