Your role involves utilizing various elements such as motion graphics, memes, kinetic text, stock footage, and transitions to enhance storytelling and captivate the audience. Collaboration on storyboarding, scripting, and adapting content for different platforms will be a key part of your work. Your focus will be on retention-first editing, ensuring that the videos are engaging, clean, and high-context right from the start. Maintaining quality and consistency in alignment with contemporary content brands like GrowthX, Cleo Abram, Masterclass, Outlier, or Modern MBA is essential. To excel in this position, you should be a highly creative editor with experience in Shorts, Reels, TikToks, or YouTube videos. You must have a passion for content that educates, inspires, or challenges conventions. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or After Effects is required. Your ability to work with clear scripts while adding your unique flair and narrative style is crucial. Attention to story structure, visual clarity, and engaging pacing is a must. In this role, you will have the opportunity to start with a few videos and potentially progress to managing content IPs, ranging from Shorts to series. Your work will be showcased to a global audience of founders, innovators, content creators, and inquisitive individuals. You will play a pivotal role in defining the visual identity of a channel focused on timeless ideas that stand out in the digital landscape. The salary offered for this position is in the range of 25,000 to 30,000 per month.
