Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator, based in Jaipur, Civil Lines. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for communication, social media, event planning, writing, and campaign management. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, tracking & reporting, managing projects, writing promotional content, and enhancing communication efforts. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content – Manage content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook. Create engaging content and edits (reels, shorts, posts, videos) and support with ad creatives. Influencer & Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimize influencer collaborations and campaigns for awareness, conversions & growth. Website, SEO & E-Commerce – Optimize website SEO, manage Shopify store (uploads, offers, discounts, coupons, order management). Research & Insights – Conduct keyword research, analyze organic orders, study Instagram trends & algorithms to maximize reach. Performance Marketing – Manage Google, YouTube, and Meta Ads. Track ROI, test creatives, and deliver actionable insights. The position involves fieldwork, client interaction, and sales coordination under the guidance of senior Defence professionals. Key Responsibilities Sales & Market Development Visit Army, Navy, and Air Force units to promote Kine Sanctuary’s condiments and food products. Understand the needs of cookhouses, Ration Distribution Points (RDPs), and Regimental Centres. Conduct product demonstrations and sample trials. Maintain relationships with NCOs, JCOs, Quartermasters (QMs), Supply Officers, and Station Commandants. Client Coordination Handle order collection, delivery coordination, and post-supply follow-ups. Ensure documentation and invoicing through GeM or direct supply routes. Gather feedback from users and identify cross-selling opportunities. Reporting & Support Report daily visits, leads, and conversions to the Institutional Sales Manager. Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely dispatches. Track payments and assist in collections. Qualifications Minimum Graduate (Commerce / Business / Marketing preferred). Freshers are welcome; prior field or FMCG/institutional sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Defence cantonment structure or exposure to Army culture will be an advantage. Must be willing to travel frequently. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, GeM portal awareness preferred). Key Attributes Respectful and disciplined demeanour. High integrity and accountability.
