Kindergarten Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation: Plan and execute daily activities using a blend of Playway and Kindergarten methodologies, focusing on theme-based learning.
• Activity-Based Learning: Conduct a variety of educational and fun activities including arts & crafts, storytelling, rhymes, music, dance, and free play.
• Lesson Planning: Develop weekly and monthly lesson plans that cater to the different needs and developmental stages of young children.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Child Development: Monitor each child's progress, identify individual needs, and provide supportive feedback.
• Basic Skills: Teach fundamental concepts like alphabets (Punjabi & English), numbers, shapes, colors, and general awareness in an interactive manner.
• Routine Care: Assist children with their daily routines, including snack time, toilet breaks, and rest periods, ensuring their well-being at all times.
• Parent Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and updates on their child's progress.
• School Events: Actively participate in organizing and conducting school events, annual functions, and competitions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum qualification is 10+2 (Senior Secondary). A Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), ECCE, or JBT is highly preferred.
• Experience: Freshers with a passion for teaching children are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a Playway or Kindergarten school will be an advantage.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of Punjabi is essential. Good communication skills in English and Hindi are highly desired.
