Job Summary

Create, manage and participate in the learning environment and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. This teacher will work with our training team, teachers, and school leaders to build skills with students across the classrooms, provide lesson plans, and collaborate with teachers on how to create learning environments where every student can reach their maximum potential and become successful in their life.

** Degree in M.Ed/B.Ed/D.El.Ed/BA/BSc/MA/MSc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement a program for primary class students for high academic expectations.
• Inspire the students with high academic, regulation standards, etc
• Inspire the students to be lifelong learners and creators and promote social, physical, language, and cognitive development.
• Discuss development with parents. Identify problems and convene with professionals if necessary.
• Establish policies and procedures for inside and outside the classroom.
• Become familiar with emergency procedures and protocol.
• Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school and collective/individual interest of its staff and student.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in M.Ed/B.Ed/D.El.Ed.
• 0 - 5 years of teaching experience
• Good fluency in spoken and written English
• Endlessly patient, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Kind, humble, and collaborative.
