Experience: 2-3 Years in Play Schools

Education: Bachelors with B.Ed/ D.ElEd/ D.Ed/ NTT

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Emotional Support

Create a warm and caring atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and confident.

• Maintain Classroom Discipline

Use positive methods to guide behavior and establish smooth daily routines.

• Support Learning

Plan simple, engaging lessons and help each child learn at their own pace.

• Observe and Assess Children

Regularly monitor children’s academic progress, behavior, and social skills, and keep accurate records.

• Communicate with Parents

Share updates about each child’s progress, discuss concerns politely, and work together for the child’s growth.

• Promote Social and Moral Values

Encourage good habits such as sharing, kindness, respect, and cooperation.

• Create a Positive Classroom Environment

Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming with age-appropriate learning materials.

• Ensure Safety and Well-Being

Look after the children’s health, hygiene, and overall safety during school hours.

• Work with Other Teachers

Coordinate with colleagues and support staff to meet every child’s needs.

• Maintain Professionalism

Be patient, empathetic, responsible, and open to learning new teaching practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Making lesson plans: 1 year (Preferred)
