With a team of seasoned professionals with diverse industry, solution, and product experience, you will be an effective business liaison as part of our 300+ strong consulting team across India and global locations such as the US, UK, Singapore, and Australia. As a Senior RR Consultant with Supply/ Factory planning functional knowledge, you are expected to have 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience on RR Configuration and have worked on at least 2 SCM transformation projects involving Kinaxis RR. Additionally, being certified at Author Level 1/2 will be an added advantage. **Responsibilities:** - Obtain inputs from key stakeholders - Co-create future-state design, architecture, and governance with Solution Architect - Oversee training and change initiatives - Manage backlogs - Identify business requirements - Functional design and process design (including scenario design, flow mapping) - Prototyping, testing, and training - Define support procedures - Provide L4 support - Liaise with stakeholders - Identify and mitigate risks **Required Skills:** - Experience with Kinaxis - Certification as Author Level 1/2 Thoucentric offers a hybrid work mode, where you will be working full-time in the consulting industry.
