Kinaxis Consultant / Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into scalable RapidResponse models.
• Develop and deploy solutions across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning modules.
• Build and maintain data models, workbooks, dashboards, and integration interfaces.
• Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure solution stability and performance.
• Drive solution improvements and enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to project teams during all phases of implementation.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 12+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and S&OP).
• Proficiency in RapidResponse data modeling, authoring, task flows, and integration setup.
• Experience with SCM tools (SAP APO, SAP IBP, O9, JDA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL tools, and integration technologies is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Kinaxis Certification (Author / Administrator / Integration) is highly desirable.
