1.Identify, engage, and onboard new referral sources such as general practitioners, specialists and clinics. 2.Maintain strong working relationships with existing referral partners through regular visits and updates. 3.Track and report referral leads, conversions, and revenue generated on a weekly/monthly basis. 4.Conduct scheduled field visits to referral centers as per defined territory plan. 5.Promote hospital services, specialties, new doctors, and diagnostic facilities. 6.Organize CMEs, one-on-one meetings and small group meets for continuous engagement with referring physicians. 7.Ensure prompt communication of test results, patient updates, and discharge summaries to the referring doctors. 8.Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes. 9.Submit timely reports to management and participate in review meetings.

Minimum Graduate degree. Ex-servicemen or personnel with 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in security services. Experience in hospital or healthcare security is preferred. Basic computer skills, including MS Office and report preparation. Physically fit and capable of working in rotational shifts.
