ARDEM Data Services is part of a US-based global professional services company specializing in Business Process Automation and Business Process Outsourcing services. We are currently hiring Medical Data Analysts for our organization. Shift Timings: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Night Shift experience mandatory Responsibilities: Accurately process medical data from documents. Maintain 100% data accuracy for submitted forms. Escalate any issues related to forms promptly to the Reporting Manager . Actively participate in team meetings and discussions. Maintain punctuality , submit daily logs , and meet production targets . Handle client communications and follow/respond to email instructions . Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Medical Sciences . Strong understanding of medical terminologies and medication names (brand vs. generic). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong computer navigation skills , including web browsing and operating remote desktop applications . Ability to monitor work quality and maintain efficient processing time . Ability to work independently or within a team . Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Coder / Medical Data Analyst . Requirements: Remote work setup with a laptop and a stable broadband connection . Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM 07:00 AM IST) & Prior night shift experience is mandatory. Experience in annotating medical information, reviewing case studies , and entering patient records in Software .
