The purpose of your role as a Manufacturing - Small Parts staff member is to ensure the on-time delivery of zero-defect components as per the load chart provided by the planner. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of documentation for ISO, EOHS, and KHO activities. Your responsibilities and accountabilities will include: - Ensuring the loading of cubical parts as per the load chart. - Effective utilization of manpower and machinery. - Providing alternatives for absenteeism and breakdowns. - Coordinating with TPM to ensure machine availability. - Quality proofing for critical machines and new components. - Ensuring tools readiness for the next load. - Conducting PNCAT meetings and taking action for nonconformity parts. - Engaging in development activities such as ACME, CTR, STR, and resource modification. - Maintaining house discipline and work culture. - Providing training to new trainees and enhancing the multi-skills of operators through on-the-job training. - Conducting DSM and supporting QCC, CIT, SIT, and TFT. - Resolving daily issues in Gemba. - Ensuring the availability of consumables and PPEs for monthly production. - Implementing KHO in cubical. - Updating ISO-QMS, OSHAS, and KHO documents. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and quality output of the manufacturing process for small parts.,
