Role & responsibilities 1. In depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC 2. knowledge IATF 16949:2016 documents. 3. Knowledge of internal audit, customer audit and external audit 4. Customer complain analysis and reporting 5. Familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). 6. Customer complaint handling & countermeasure submission to customers like; A3 report 7. Knowledge of MACE VSA AUDIT 8. Excellent communication and cross function coordination skill. Knowledge of quality management system (QMS) Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be Diploma holder in Plastic Technology from CIPET with 5-7 years experience of Handling Injection Molding Industry.
