About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Senior Service Engineer/Area Service Manager to join our team and drive excellence in post-sales service, customer support, and technical operations. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring optimal performance of our equipment and solutions. You will be the go-to expert for installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance activitiesensuring uptime, efficiency, and service quality. As a key player in our technical support team, you'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to uphold our service standards and brand reputation. Location:Mumbai Key Responsibilities Independently manage installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of assigned equipment/systems at customer sites across West India region. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring high uptime and operational efficiency. Analyze service issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Maintain detailed service logs, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies. Train end-users on operation and basic maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service strategies and escalate critical issues. Participate in Foreign & Domestic service training programs to keep up with new technologies and product updates. Qualifications & Skills Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Instrumentation preferred) Minimum 5+ years of hands-on field service experience , preferably in diagnostics, medical devices, or automation systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure Willingness to travel extensively (regional/national, as needed) Familiarity with CRM tools and service documentation processes Why Join Us?
