As a Procurement Manager at Dogsee, you will play a crucial role in leading the sourcing and supply operations, with a specific focus on milk procurement. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business goals, managing daily procurement operations, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective sourcing in line with production targets. You will also be responsible for building strong supplier relationships, preventing excess inventory, evaluating new sourcing regions, and maintaining regulatory compliance logs. Your role will involve collaborating with store and inventory teams to manage material flow, tracking procurement KPIs, monitoring market trends, and overseeing stock documentation for audits. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals. - Manage daily procurement operations with a focus on milk sourcing. - Plan and coordinate raw material purchases based on production forecasts. - Identify and evaluate new sourcing regions for milk collection. - Assess vendor proposals, conduct cost analysis, and maintain supplier records. - Collaborate with store and inventory teams to manage material flow. - Track and improve procurement KPIs for efficiency and cost-saving. - Monitor market trends, price movements, and supplier shifts. - Oversee stock indenting, issuing, and related documentation. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. - Experience in dairy, FMCG, or food processing industries preferred. - Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus. - Strong MS Excel skills; experience with SAP/ERP systems preferred. - Familiarity with vendor onboarding and compliance documentation. - Willingness to travel to sourcing regions and work extended hours when required.
