Key Responsibilities· Outlet Operations: Oversee daily functioning of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards. · Billing & Cash Management: Handle POS billing, maintain accurate daily sales records, and reconcile cash. · Customer Relations: Greet and engage with customers, manage feedback, and ensure a great dining experience. · Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place purchase orders, and minimize wastage. · Loyalty Program Management: Drive customer enrolment, redemption tracking, and promotions to boost repeat visits. · Staff Coordination: Supervise and support the service team for efficiency and professionalism. · Compliance & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and compliance with local regulations. Candidate Requirements· Experience: 1–2 years in QSR/restaurant operations. · Language Skills: Knowledge of Kannada preferred; proficiency in English/Hindi desirable. · Location Preference: Candidates living within 4–5 km of JP Nagar Phase 7. · Work Timings: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (shift-based breaks provided). · Other Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy (POS systems), problem-solving mindset.
