Each outlet serves hygienically prepared delicacies made in a centralized kitchen, ensuring complete quality control under the supervision of experienced chefs and food experts. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving client success. Tasks include monitoring and managing client communication, overseeing account activities, resolving any client issues, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills Experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proven experience with CRM software and account management tools Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus
