Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brands, retailers, and corporate clients. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client queries, concerns, and service requests. Ensure high tenant/brand satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and generate new leads through networking, market research, industry events, and digital platforms. Approach potential tenants, retailers, and corporate clients for leasing and partnership opportunities. Maintain a structured database (CRM/Excel) of prospective and existing leads for systematic follow-up. Leasing Support & Negotiations Support leasing teams in identifying new tenants and brand partnerships for mall spaces. Coordinate with retailers and corporate clients for lease renewals, agreements, and negotiations. Assist in drafting proposals and presentations for potential clients. Role & responsibilities
