Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Troubleshoot hardware and network-related issues and implement solutions. Manage and support LANs, WANs, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. Maintain and regularly update system documentation and network diagrams. Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, and antivirus software. Assist in planning and implementing network infrastructure upgrades and improvements. Respond to technical support tickets and service requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues. Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
