Job Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving the growth of our company. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and present proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive company revenue. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high levels of customer service throughout the sales cycle. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong understanding of market research, sales, and business development strategies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities. Goal-driven, with a passion for achieving targets. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
