The Vice President/Business Line Manager, Portable Energy will achieve profitable and sustainable growth of the full range of Atlas Copco Portable Energy products through unique and effective sales and marketing strategies. In collaboration with the General Manager, Business Line Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents, this position will ensure that the company Portable Energy targets are achieved. The main responsibilities of the position are: - Build, develop and lead a team of high performing marketing professionals - Develop and implement marketing strategies for the North American market to grow market share with dealers, distributors, national rental companies, and key accounts. - Develop solid business relationships with key management personnel at national rental companies, dealers and distributors, and other key accounts. - Build effective relationships with the regions and facilitate best practice sharing across the regions. - In collaboration with Business Line Managers and Regional Vice Presidents, drive sales force activities to achieve Portable Energy targets. - Manage inventory levels with accurate forecasting to the Product Companies as we'll a ensure stock on hand is optimized for demand (including seasonal). - Ensure inventory availability is made transparent to both internal and external stakeholders, both current and timely. - Create systems, processes and analytics that leverage data to provide effective actionable insights to the business to improve customer value and market presence. - In collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team, produce highly engaging and creative marketing material based on commercial insights; define and implement projects aimed at increasing the digitalization of marketing and sales processes. - Manage the corporate rebate programs and ensure timely reporting on activities. - Provide in-depth and informative reports on activities for review during Company, Divisional, and Business Area meetings. - Utilize the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to review and drive sales force activities including the maintenance of contacts, notes, activities, and quotations. - Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations, plant visits, and training as needed by internal and external customers. - Introduce new products and features/benefits to the sales force. - Establish and monitor pricing levels to be competitive as we'll as profitable, while ensuring that the pricing structure enables all sales channels and avoids channel conflicts. - Research competitor activity and prepare reports for the management team on upcoming threats/opportunities. - Gather market intelligence and feedback from the account(s) for the purpose of new product development. - Represent the core values and attitudes of Atlas Copco at all times. - Perform other duties as assigned. Possess and maintain broad technical and business knowledge of aspects of security technologies including Cryptographic technologies, basics of networking etc. Provide Security advisory role in implementation of platform technology procured. Taking proactive measures for enhancing the s ecurity posture of the Bank's platform technologies by studying the vulnerabilities issued/ published by various OEMs, internal and external agencies such as CERT, CSITE, CISA etc. Security Certification like CISSP,CISM. PowerShell scripting/reporting/ Automation experience, experience with OpenSSL. Should be aware about security standards like FIPS 140-Level 2,3, NIST, HIPAA
