Key Line Designer

As a Key Line Diagram (KLD) graphic designer in the paper packaging industry, your main focus will be on creating precise templates and layouts for packaging designs. You will be responsible for developing accurate KLDs or dielines for paper packaging, collaborating with various teams, selecting appropriate materials, creating mockups and prototypes, ensuring compliance with standards, staying updated on industry trends, and more. - Design and Layout Creation: Develop accurate KLDs or dielines for paper packaging, ensuring proper dimensions, cutting, and folding areas. - Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and production teams to align designs with branding and functionality requirements. - Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for packaging, considering cost, sustainability, and durability. - Mockups and Prototypes: Create and present mockups or prototypes for client and stakeholder approval. - Compliance: Ensure designs meet industry standards, environmental regulations, and company guidelines. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated on packaging trends, technologies, and competitor designs. - Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools. - Strong understanding of packaging design principles, including KLD/dieline creation. - Attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements. - Knowledge of printing processes and materials used in paper packaging. - Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and functional designs.,
