Lead Handling & Conversion Respond promptly to all IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook, and website enquiries. Qualify leads, explain product features, share pricing, and convert into orders. Keep follow-up logs and convert warm leads systematically. 2. Customer Support & Retention Handle pre- and post-sales customer queries. Share product usage guides, FAQs, and eco-friendly benefits clearly. Coordinate with logistics partners to update customers on order status. Resolve complaints and escalate when needed. 3. Website & E-commerce Order Management Monitor and process orders from the website, Amazon, and other platforms. Maintain inventory sync between platforms. Coordinate with packing and dispatch team to ensure timely shipping. 4. Social Media Engagement Reply to DMs, comments, and queries on Instagram, Facebook, etc. Share product links, testimonials, and offers to potential buyers. Flag potential influencers or brand advocates for the marketing team. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily logs of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Generate weekly reports on platform-wise performance (IndiaMART, website, social, Amazon). Maintain customer database with tags (e.g. distributor, retailer, individual, bulk).
