Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and partners. The role requires strong relationship management, coordination across internal teams, and a deep understanding of business performance and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture key client accounts and long-term partnerships
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (design, marketing, operations, sales)
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear execution plans
Monitor account performance and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Lead regular review meetings, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions
Ensure timely execution of campaigns, deliverables, and commitments
Resolve client concerns proactively and maintain high satisfaction levels
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Support onboarding of new accounts and smooth handover from sales teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
