As a Sales Representative at Abbott, your role involves achieving Division wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than Secondary targets. You will be responsible for generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share. It is crucial to ensure zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. Additionally, you will be expected to share competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner. Relationship building with customers and Stockists will be a key aspect of your role. Regular Stockist visits as per defined frequency without deviation are essential. You will also prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately and with the right frequency. Leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions for engaging with important customers and strengthening relationships will be part of your responsibilities. Your duties will also include planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and tracking sales progress. Providing timely information about new products to Stockists is crucial. You will be required to report fieldwork on a daily basis in the assigned online system and organize Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs. Furthermore, generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan will be essential. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. However, freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. Location: India > Pune : Tara Heights CTS No.20/2 Final Plot no.18/2 This position may require 100% travel and significant work activities such as continuous standing for prolonged periods.
