The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development using programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience with mobile technologies like Kotlin, Ketpack Compose, and MVVM architecture, as well as a background in Java, Distributed Systems, API Development, People Management, and Team Building. Experience in building and recruiting for remote teams and collaborating across organization boundaries will be beneficial in this role.
