We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our company's presence across various social platforms. This role involves planning, developing, and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, data analysis, and community management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Monitor, listen, and engage with users to build a strong online community. Collaborate with marketing, PR, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency. Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage social media calendar and coordinate timely campaigns and promotions. Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Handle crisis communication and brand reputation monitoring on social channels. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media KPIs, content strategy, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience with paid social advertising is preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
