Join us in India as a Data Science & Business Intelligence Platform Lead within our Data Technology Platforms team. As a Director level role, you will be responsible for delivering, owning, and maintaining the operational stability and performance technology of the platform. Your influence and organizational skills will be crucial in leading the team to agreed targets and allowing for excellent exposure for both you and your work. Your primary tasks will include owning the remediation of technical issues, simplifying and improving the platform architecture and technology, and building the platform roadmap in collaboration with centers of excellence to ensure adequate resources. Additionally, you will optimize business solutions for customer needs and the overall technology strategy. You will be accountable for the financial, commercial, and flow performance of the platform, managing the platform risk culture to mitigate risks effectively, delivering regulatory reporting, and overseeing the relevant budgets. Your expertise in operational risk management, financial management, collaboration, negotiation, and strong commercial acumen will be essential. Knowledge and experience in Kepler, site reliability engineering, automation, machine learning controls platform, AI governance and tooling, and ChatOps are required. Moreover, you should possess expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Provider, business intelligence, strong leadership skills including Agile and servant leadership, architecture, design, and engineering skills relevant to the specific platform. Experience in running high-performance, large-scaled Agile and non-Agile programs, projects, and teams is also crucial. Your key skills should include SRE, AWS, Google Cloud Provider, and business intelligence knowledge and experience.
