This property, spread across 14 acres, offers luxurious accommodations and direct beach access. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goa, India, for a Reservations Associate. The Reservations Associate will handle inquiries and reservations for hotel accommodations, manage booking systems, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and resolving any issues related to reservations. Qualifications Experience with booking systems and reservation management Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
