About the role We’re looking for a hands-on Zoho Implementation Consultant with immediate start to lead end-to-end deployments across B2B and B2C use cases. You’ll translate business processes into robust Zoho One solutions, run training and UAT, and own go-live success. Build custom modules/fields, page layouts, Canvas , validation rules, client scripts, email/SMS templates. Integration & Data Integrate third-party apps via APIs, webhooks, Deluge, Zoho Flow ; handle SSO/OAuth; debug with Postman/Logs. Plan and execute data migration (modeling, cleansing, de-duplication), and set up Zoho Analytics dashboards/KPIs. Training & Change Deliver role-based training (end users, power users, admins), create SOPs, run Q&A clinics, and enable hypercare post go-live. Testing & Quality Author test scenarios/cases, run unit/SIT/UAT , triage defects, manage cutover checklists and rollback plans. Project Delivery Work in Agile/Scrum, maintain RAID logs, report status to stakeholders, and hit adoption/quality targets. What you’ll bring 3–7 years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience with at least 2 end-to-end projects spanning both B2B and B2C . Strong coverage of CRM + Inventory + Books ; solid on Creator (Deluge) , Flow , Analytics , and Blueprint/CommandCenter . Practical knowledge of accounting/tax concepts (GST; UK/EU VAT is a plus). Comfort with REST/JSON , webhooks, OAuth, Postman; basic SQL/Excel for data work. Proven training delivery and UAT management experience. Excellent documentation and stakeholder skills; ability to challenge and improve processes. Nice to have Experience in wholesale/retail , ecommerce, or supply-chain; jewellery/diamond domain, Shopify /payment gateways, barcoding/serialised stock. Zoho certifications (CRM Admin, Creator Developer). Exposure to QA practices , CI/CD for Deluge/functions, and sandbox governance.
