Assist in the creation of building information models for fall protection systems, guardrails, and access solutions integrated into construction projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret design requirements, resolve clashes in models, and ensure designs comply with relevant safety standards (e.g., OSHA, Indian building codes). Prepare technical documentation, including assembly drawings, installation guides, and bid packages for manufacturing and on-site implementation. Conduct model reviews and simulations to identify potential issues and optimise designs for efficiency and safety. Support project managers in overseeing subcontractor bids and ensuring design alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends in BIM and CAD technologies to contribute to continuous improvement in design processes. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Bachelors degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry. Minimum of 1 year of experience in BIM & CAD Software Proficient in BIM & CAD software such as AutoCAD , Revit & Naviswork. Skills: Able to identify and resolve conflicts or issues in the design process and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. Able to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and be able to pay close attention to detail. Able to adapt to changing project needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Able to work closely with a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, and be able to effectively communicate ideas and information. Has strong problem-solving skills Has excellent teamwork skills. Must be proficient in both spoken and written English.
