We're Looking for: Relationship Manager Join our pioneer team and play a key role in building our business in India from the ground up. ------------- Key Responsibilities: Corporate Banking: Promoting and verifying corporate loans and opening accounts. Managing of credit committee, loan review, NPA control & monitoring. Responsible for growth in cross-border trade, Forex, and derivative business of the region for large and MNC segment clients of the bank. Interface with key corporate customers for increased market share and retention of active clients. Ensuring customised solutions to Business Customers (LC, MNC segment) by collaborating with the business development and product team at HQ. Understanding of all risks associated with a transaction, viz. Product, Process, Legal, Operations, Transactional Credit. To be flexible in visiting clients across various locations during pre- and post-sanction of loans. Knowledge of External commercial borrowings will be an advantage, which includes policies, procedures and compliance. Acquire clients from Large, Medium and Small Sectors. International Banking - Trade Finance & Foreign Exchange / Treasury Scrutinise & understand the submitted documents like LC, BG, Export/ Imports, etc. Understanding of AML, OFAC and International Payment and Settlement Process. Clear understanding and execution of the Bill discounting process and appraisals. Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for the client base. Knowledge on hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions. Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over the client base over treasury activities. Financial Institution Business Maintain a relationship with various financial institutional groups. Liaise with various teams, oversee smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions. Play an active role in developing Correspondent Banking overall opportunities. ------------- Who We're Looking For: Solid understanding of corporate finance, including lending, credit analysis, and risk assessment. Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability, with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenges. Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements, with the ability to analyse key financial metrics. ------------- Work Experience Non-Negotiable Requirements: Total banking experience: 10+ years Experience as a Relationship Manager: 5+ years Experience with Large Corporations is compulsory.
