Key Responsibilities: Manage the HODs calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate departmental events. Handle all correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) on behalf of the HOD professionally and promptly. Prepare and maintain departmental documents, reports, and presentations. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Liaise between faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders as required. Assist with academic and administrative tasks, including handling inquiries and student-related matters. Maintain confidential files and records with discretion. Coordinate travel arrangements and other logistical requirements for the HOD. Support the HOD in preparing departmental reports, documentation for accreditation, audits, and inspections. Manage office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of departmental administrative activities. Assist in coordinating departmental events, seminars, and workshops. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in an academic or engineering environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Instructor to join our engineering faculty team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory sessions, assisting students with practical experiments, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment across various engineering disciplines including Aeronautical, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), and others. Key Responsibilities: Conduct practical laboratory sessions in alignment with the curriculum for Aeronautical, CSE, EEE, and other engineering courses. Demonstrate and guide students in the use of lab equipment, software tools, and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain lab materials, equipment, and documentation to support course objectives. Assist in the development and updating of lab manuals and experiment procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with lab equipment and software. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and protocols within the laboratory. Support faculty members in research activities and practical demonstrations as required. Evaluate student performance during lab sessions and provide constructive feedback. Manage inventory and requisition of lab supplies and equipment. Promote a positive learning environment encouraging student engagement and inquiry. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Diploma in (Aeronautical / CSE / EEE / or relevant discipline). Prior experience in conducting engineering laboratory sessions is preferred. Strong practical knowledge of engineering concepts and lab equipment relevant to the specific department. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to lab equipment and software tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and faculty.
