Location: Delhi Salary: 10-12 LPA CTC Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Institution Sales Manager to drive ingredient sales to industrial buyers, institutional clients, and large food brands . This role requires a strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, raw material sourcing, and institutional procurement cycles . Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and onboard food processing companies, bakeries, confectionery brands, ice cream manufacturers, HORECA, and QSR chains . Build strong relationships with procurement teams, R&D departments, and purchase managers of large institutions. Target large corporate pantry accounts and airline catering units for ingredient supply. 2. Account Management & Retention Develop and manage key institutional accounts with a focus on repeat orders and long-term contracts . Ensure consistent supply chain and credit control for institutional customers. 3. Revenue & Margin Responsibility Achieve monthly and quarterly institutional sales targets . Maintain P&L accountability for the institutional channel , ensuring healthy margins. 4. Market Expansion & Intelligence Identify new product opportunities and ingredient demand trends in the market. Keep track of competitor activity, pricing, and market movements . 5. Coordination & Execution Work with operations, logistics, and quality control teams for timely order execution. Support NPD (New Product Development) initiatives for institutional clients as per their requirements. Required Skills & Experience 4–8 years of experience in B2B institutional / ingredient sales (nuts, dry fruits, seeds, food ingredients). Strong network with food manufacturers, industrial buyers, and HORECA . Knowledge of industrial procurement process, credit norms, and raw material quality parameters . Strong negotiation, client relationship, and technical understanding of food ingredients. Education Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Food Technology, or related fields .
