Pathetic experience and Very rude behaviour by the service executives. Did not communicate details over call, not sure why customer care desk existed, and were very rude when reached the service centre. Store next to them, S3 Technologies was very polite and helped with the issue within minutes.

They behave like professionals but service is very bad and price is more than any service center in vizag. They do temporary rectification and other related problems will start with in short time and they won't Address them.
