Job Title: Client Partner Experience: 12+ years Location: Bengaluru Industry: IT Services / Workforce Solutions / Consulting About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Client Partner with a proven record of managing enterprise client relationships across Systems Integrators (SIs), MSP programs, and project-based (POD/BOT) delivery models . The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, delivery governance, and relationship leadership to drive sustained account growth and client satisfaction. This role demands the ability to partner with CXO-level stakeholders , own P&L for key accounts , and orchestrate cross-functional delivery excellence spanning staffing, managed services, and solution delivery engagements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Leadership Act as the strategic advisor and primary relationship owner for enterprise clients. Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders across business, procurement, and delivery functions. Understand client objectives, workforce and project requirements, and proactively propose tailored solutions. Conduct regular governance reviews to ensure alignment, performance, and client satisfaction. 2. Business Growth & Account Expansion Identify and pursue new revenue streams within existing clients across SI, MSP, and project-based engagements. Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Delivery teams to position differentiated value propositions . Own account P&L , ensuring profitability, scalability, and commercial success. Lead renewals, negotiations, and contract expansions with a focus on long-term partnership value. 3. Program Governance & Delivery Excellence Oversee execution of multiple engagement models (Staffing, Managed Services, POD, BOT). Drive performance reviews, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement across delivery teams. Partner with Delivery Managers to strengthen operational cadence, pipeline management, and client reporting. Ensure issues are proactively resolved through cross-functional coordination. 4. Strategic Advisory & Market Intelligence Provide strategic inputs to clients on workforce trends, delivery models, and capability planning . Analyze client portfolio data to uncover insights for improved service design and future opportunities. Leverage understanding of VMS tools , MSP frameworks , and project-based delivery structures to enhance client value. Key Skills & Competencies: 12+ years of experience in IT Services, Staffing, or Workforce Solutions. Proven expertise in managing strategic enterprise accounts (preferably SIs, MSPs, or large enterprise clients). Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience. Demonstrated success in relationship building, influence management, and consultative engagement . Solid understanding of delivery models including Staffing, POD, BOT, or Managed Services . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment with a focus on outcomes. Education: Bachelors degree in business, HR, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
