Team Building & Expansion:  Hire, train, and manage junior sales executives or territory managers as the business scales.  Set clear performance goals and monitor team performance.  Lead team reviews, field visits, and mentoring initiatives to build a strong sales team for future domestic and international growth. Future International Business Preparation:  Gradually expand network in select international markets through export exhibitions, LinkedIn prospecting, and buyer-seller meets.  Maintain a database of international buyers for medium- to long-term export plans.  Assist in developing documentation, certifications, and product readiness for export compliance. Reporting & Coordination:  Maintain CRM and submit regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on leads, closures, and performance KPIs.  Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch departments to ensure timely order execution.
