Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 3–6 years in luxury/lifestyle/digital marketing, preferably with jewellery or fashion brands Role Overview: We’re looking for a digitally-savvy, visually acute Digital Account Manager to lead content and campaign execution for our jewellery and luxury lifestyle clients. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with on-ground execution, has a strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, and is deeply attuned to visual aesthetics across shoots, films, and social media. You will be responsible for translating brand narratives into compelling digital content—from moodboards to DVCs to reels—and ensuring that execution across the board is seamless and aligned with brand tonality. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Lead the digital content strategy across Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms Build monthly social media calendars with a balance of brand storytelling, campaign moments, and performance content Partner with creative, styling, and production teams to develop strong visual campaigns aligned with seasonal and business goals Stay on top of trends in luxury, jewellery design, and content formats Visual Production & Shoot Planning Ideate and create moodboards and shoot concepts for collections, campaigns, DVCs, and reels Liaise with photographers, stylists, models, art directors, and editors Be present on shoot floors to oversee execution, ensure creative fidelity, and troubleshoot in real-time Manage post-production timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content Account & Stakeholder Management Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams Write briefs and guide designers and editors with clear, actionable input Ensure all deliverables meet the brand’s luxury standards and are executed on time Regularly update the client on progress, insights, and performance Performance & Reporting Review analytics and performance of key content pieces Suggest content optimizations and new ideas based on audience engagement and platform changes Partner with paid media teams to ensure organic + paid synergy Key Skills & Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing/content for luxury, fashion, beauty, or jewellery brands Proven experience in managing high-production shoots, DVCs, or digital films Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetic sensibility, and luxury positioning Hands-on with moodboarding tools (Pinterest, Milanote, Canva) and familiar with basic design principles Strong project management and team coordination skills Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Knowledge of jewellery trends, craft narratives, and styling is a plus Background in design, fashion communication, or luxury marketing is an advantage Bonus If You Have: Worked with high-end jewellery or fashion brands in India or globally Exposure to influencer campaigns and creator collaborations Basic knowledge of video formats and editing workflows Tasteful visual curation (IG grid planning, design references, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have experience in Handling Digital Account of Luxury Jewellery brand? Job Title: Strategic Account Planner Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Department: Strategy / Planning Experience Level: 4–7 years (mid-level) Salary: As per industry standards Role Overview As a Strategic Account Planner – Digital, you will function as the strategic and operational lead for various accounts. This is a hybrid role combining digital strategy, client communication, campaign planning, and business-as-usual (BAU) execution oversight. You will be the single point of contact for internal teams and clients — driving both breakthrough campaigns and consistent, day-to-day digital delivery. Key Responsibilities 1_ . Strategic Planning _ * Develop digital brand strategies, content frameworks, and platform-specific plans. * Lead the creation of consumer journeys, content pillars, and engagement strategies across digital touchpoints. * Write clear and inspiring creative briefs rooted in brand objectives and audience insights. 2. Account Management (BAU + Campaigns) * Serve as the primary client lead — owning the relationship, trust, and satisfaction. * Oversee all daily activities across accounts, including calendar management, content approvals, performance reviews, and issue resolution. * Manage and prioritize ongoing content and communication for always-on digital activities (social media, CRM, website, etc.). 3. Campaign Leadership * Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across social, search, video, influencer, performance media, and owned assets. * Coordinate across creative, media, production, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment. * Track campaign KPIs and deliver performance reports with insights and optimizations. 4. Client Business Growth * Proactively identify opportunities for brand growth, cross-selling, and service expansion. * Stay on top of market trends and competitors to offer new solutions or tactics to clients. * Help in the creation of pitch decks, quarterly business reviews, and annual strategy roadmaps. 5. Team Collaboration & Operations * Guide and mentor account executives, planners, and content managers. * Ensure internal teams have clarity on goals, timelines, and deliverables. * Maintain high-quality documentation, communication trails, and project status reports. Key Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields. * 6+ years of experience in a advertising/digital agency or brand team with hands-on experience managing digital accounts end-to-end. * Proven ability to lead client conversations, manage projects, and develop digital-first strategies. * Hands-on understanding of content marketing, social media, paid media, influencer engagement, SEO/SEM, and web/digital analytics. Key Skills & Competencies * Strategic Clarity – Ability to simplify complexity and communicate compelling directions to creative and digital teams. * Digital Fluency – Comfort across all major platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.), and tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.). * Client Leadership – Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to push back and recommend better. * Organizational Excellence – Structured thinker with great attention to detail, timelines, and task management. * Creative Collaboration – You know how to brief well, give constructive feedback, and protect great ideas.
