Job Title: Telecaller Location: New Delhi Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales / Customer Service / Support Reports to: Team Leader / Sales Manager / Customer Support Head Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, offers, or to follow up on inquiries. Your goal is to generate leads, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients. Update CRM or call logs with customer information and call details. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (depending on company preference). Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred. Good verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in [industry, e.g., real estate, education, banking, BPO]. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of sales techniques or customer relationship management.
